REST STOPS

The Fall Foliage Bike Festival is known for its great rest stops. Manned by volunteer groups from around Augusta County, each rest stop is encouraged to offer up a variety of homemade snacks to supplement the water, sports drink and fresh fruit each stop is provided.

SATURDAY “BIG MEAL”

Our Saturday “Big Meal” is well known as one of the finest ride lunches in the country – this year at a brand new location and time! We’ve moved it to St. Paul’s Church and it’s now an AFTER-ride event, open from 1pm – 5 pm, with dessert and beverages continuing until 6 p.m. A HUGE buffet spread of sandwich makings, salads, soups, stews, additional hot foods and desserts offers up plenty of choice for hungry riders of all ages. The Beverley Manor Ruritan Club and lunch organizers Robin and Mike Ruleman work all year to plan for this event (their largest fundraiser of the entire year).

LIVE MUSIC

For the past six years, we’ve been pleased to present some of the finest local music during the lunch stop. This year, we’re elevating that experience to ands after-ride dance from 3-6 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. Enjoy the funky dance stylings of the Everyday People Band out of Harrisonburg, VA.
